Helping a construction business make its developments and direction easier to understand.

Making a development tangible

Construction projects need to be understood before people can experience the finished place. For Modon Builders, the work brought together digital presentation, development imagery and the company’s wider marketing direction.

Grounding the communication in the market

Research into Baghdad’s market informed the marketing strategy and its implementation. I worked on the websites and supporting assets so that the company’s projects and proposition could be presented through a connected digital experience.

Showing the place and the people behind it

3D renders and moving-image assets helped explain the developments visually. Interview shoots with senior management added the leadership perspective, connecting the project presentation with the people shaping the business.

From strategy into communication

The delivered work connected research, websites, marketing assets and implementation. It gave Modon Builders complementary ways to introduce its developments, explain its direction and communicate with its audience.
