Keeping the experience connected

For a hospitality business, the campaign, the space and the day-to-day operation all contribute to the same experience. As Creative and Marketing Consultant for Dash Hospitality, I worked across Coffee Planet and uniQitchen to connect those parts.

Giving people a reason to visit

Brand positioning, photography, social content, packaging concepts and 3D visuals supported the communication. For Coffee Beats, I developed the event identity, campaign and RSVP experience, bringing the invitation and the booking into one story.

Making the spaces easier to imagine

Cafe concept renders helped communicate the atmosphere, seating and customer experience before the physical decisions were complete. Photography then provided a different kind of proof: the products, people and spaces in everyday use.

Supporting what happens behind the scenes

I also developed in-store music distribution and ordering tools, connecting the creative experience with practical needs such as payments, stock visibility and operational workflows. For uniQitchen, the marketing work helped explain the cloud-kitchen offering to prospective restaurant partners.

A joined-up body of work

The delivered work spanned campaigns, events, imagery, spatial concepts and supporting systems. It reflects a single practice working across the visible brand and the details that help it function.
