The decision starts with understanding
A fractional-ownership interface needs to help people find a property and understand the information presented before taking a next step. The design work focused on that path.
Giving the information a useful hierarchy
Desktop and mobile layouts organised the property presentation and supporting information around a consistent set of visual priorities. The smaller screen needed a deliberate layout rather than a compressed desktop page.
A connected interface across devices
The delivered desktop and mobile screens give the product a shared visual language, with property discovery and supporting information arranged for each device.
