My Role
As a creative lead, my goal was to help ZADK Culinary Academy make a positive impact on society in Saudi Arabia. To support this mission, I produced several documentary-style films in collaboration with local farmers, restaurants, and farmer’s markets. These films aimed to raise awareness about sustainability, the importance of supporting local farmers, and the need to reduce food waste. I also aimed to convey these values to future culinary professionals, so that they could incorporate them into their standard operating procedures in their careers.
I was responsible for creating the brand identity, providing creative direction, designing and developing the website’s user interface, and covering events for the academy. My work as a creative director helped to further the academy’s mission of creating positive social change through food and culinary education.
